How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we aren’t able to change its contents – but we might be able to cancel it, if you get in touch quickly.

Be sure to include your order ID, let us know what needs to happen, and we’ll try our best to help you out.

But please remember that once an order has been placed, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change anything. Part of ensuring quick delivery is that once we receive an order, we start working very quickly to get it sent out, so we have a very short window of time to make any changes to an order.

What is the status of my order?

Once an order is submitted, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a unique order ID. This confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your payment has been processed.

To check the status of your order, simply login to your Polaroid Originals online account and view your order history.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email notification letting you know that your order is on its way. This email also contains a tracking number which will allow you to track your package all the way, from the moment it leaves our warehouse, right up to your doorstep.

How do I make changes to or cancel my order?

How do I view my orders?

Your entire order history can be found by logging into your Polaroid Originals online account. Under ‘Orders’ you’ll find all of your orders, and any associated details.

If you don’t have an account, simply create one now – any previous orders you have placed will automatically become associated with your new account – just make sure you use the same email address.

If for any reason you are unable to find one of your previous orders, drop us a line and we’ll dig it up for you.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, the people in our warehouse are experts in the fields of shipping and logistics, but not so gifted when it comes to wrapping presents. As a result, we’re unable to offer this level of customization for online orders. Yet.
